Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the bike is clean and securely packed in its original factory packaging, including all batteries, chargers, keys, and manuals that were included.
Ship to Fiido
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger electric bike shipments.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
